Intermediate Hoop (Adult Classes)

For intermediate hoop, you should be comfortable inverting without assistance (jumping, toes to hoop etc) and executing moves on the top bar of the hoop.
Class will start with a 10 minute cardio and joint mobilisation warm up. Then on the equipment we will work on technique, learning skills and combining tricks into sequences of moves.. We will also work to building the strength and stamina required for those next level skills. You will always be given 5 minutes at the end of class to go over things you've learnt and then finish with a cool down stretch.
All classes will work with a maximum of 2 students per piece of equipment.
This course is suitable for age 16+
