Hoop - Beginner/Improver (Adult Classes)

This session is suitable for absolute beginners to start their journey and those who want to continue and progress to learning more next level skills.
Class will start with a 10 minute cardio and joint mobilisation warm up. Then on the equipment we will work on technique, learning skills and combining tricks into sequences of moves. We will also work on building the strength and stamina required for those next level skills. You will always be given 5 minutes at the end of class to go over things you've learnt and time to film/take photos. We will finish with a cool down stretch.
There will be 2 students sharing one piece of equipment.
