Class will start with a cardio and joint mobilisation warm up.
On the equipment you will work on a mixture of learning new skills, improving and re-visiting previous skills, building stamina by sequencing moves together and conditioning for those next level skills. We will allow time at the end of class to film and take photos and then finish with a stretch cool down.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the session, ready to start (we do not have changing facilities).
Anyone arriving after the class start time will not be able to take part and refunds/make up classes are not given for latecomers
Please wear comfortable clothing for exercise, clothing should cover knees, armpits and stomachs, layers of clothing are ideal.
All long hair must be tied back and all jewellery removed or covered for class.
We do not have space to store scooters/bikes, please only bring essentials to the studio.
Please bring a water bottle. We do not allow any food/drinks other than water in the studio.
We do not allow spectators during classes.
This session is suitable for age 16+
